[Concept] Ozzie Exxon

You thought I only made fan art? Well think again, barnholes!

This is one of my veeeeery first characters I invented, first drawn in 1998 or so, this is an early update for him (I can't find the original, being scrapped away long ago, jesus)

Ozzie is playful and sticks his nose were he shouldn't oftenly. He is still a kid anyway.

And yes, he sees from the gap of the cap.
