Ah yes. Maya. quite a nifty program to animate in, but the biggest problem people have with it is getting the timing right.as you can see I'm getting the hang of it. Getting rid of the floaty-ness is my priority, as my teacher said, thats the hardest thing do, requires plenty of practice and reference study, and thats not to say you have to get realistic movement just make it beliavable.

Maybe if you varied the speed of their movements a bit. They seem to be moving at the same speed all the time.
Still good though. Getting it realistic is pretty hard, though tweaking with the graph editor can help.

The nod and arm flick of the guy in the back turned out really well. Especially in terms of getting rid of the "floaty-ness".
