In all honesty, this was a request to draw my sorcerer!boy with a skelekitty. So, here he is with the skelekitty I have dubbed Mittens.
I think it follows him around.
Anyway, the original version of Zatara appeared in "Kingdom Come." He will appear in my Paradigm Ethic fancomic (and the eventual New Titans spinoff), and this design is the brainchild of yours truly. Otherwise, he belongs to DC Comics.
PS, I am well aware that Mittens is not anatomically correct. I drew this at work. Didn't exactly have a cat skeleton to look at.
