I finally got tired of that Sonic 2K6 screenshot I'd been using as a desktop wallpaper. I decided I wanted to have something more Fini flavored. That's... pretty much all there is to it.
100% digital. I did a lot of experimentation with the coloring of this, and overall, I'm fairly pleased with the results, especially with that emerald. The gold leaves something to be desired and his arms are bugging me though. I tried for the life of me to make that perspective look good and failed miserably.

Oh god yes. The real evil doctor is in the SA. If you can't tell how evil this guy is by his look and eyes, just take a listen to his Emerald Chant. Soon after you won't be much of yourself heh heh heh.

normally...I don't care much for Finitevus...but I have to agree,this guy has more evil brimming from hius pinky than Mogul and Julian have in their whole bodies
