It's actually a really well worked ID for a gif animation, actually came out really good.
I really like the shine in the hair. Also, the fact that it's all pixels is really neat. And everything's moving about so it's really got the eyes going. c:

Really neat, the head's style kinda reminds me of something from Earthbound.
Reminds me of 90-volt, or whatever the name of the nintykid in warioware. Except this one's into creative software.
