Vladimir and... 8D a German girl I have yet to name.
This is a scene from a story I've had in my head, me and my Russian friend screw around with RP and it pretty much inspired this, even though it's originally a crack comic, but the way these 2 meet and their background, it's sad.
They're both in a war they don't wanna be part of anymore.
I didn't texturize this one cause it looks better without it. I had issues shading them without obscuring the details of their anatomy X_X; This is bright on my imac, but dull on my ibook. I hope your screen doesn't lame the color down that bad.

It looks like you scanned a picture of a comic book cover- or a DVD cover and took the words off - Thats the quality i see in it. And it looks very well done and I am going to agree with every other comment on this piece.
