How this came to be:
Okay... This is a LONG awaited piece. I have literally been working on this one piece for OVER A YEAR. This all started as a boredom sketch. I was at work, there was no power (so no work was going to get done), and they were having meetings for busy work... so I brought my sketch book in and decided to draw a Guild Wars fanart of my character, Sui Shin (an elementalist - see left) and my boyfriend's character I Vertigo I (a ranger - see right). At the time, I really liked how the sketch turned out... although a year later, I now see TONS of anatomy errors and other errors but since I've been working on it so long, I didn't want to go back and redraw it and lose all of my work. So that being said, take it for what it is without criticizing the obvious errors because I already know what they are.

Now for the technical:
The sketch was done in pencil, and then I scanned it and the lineart was done using Macromedia flash. What happened to the lineart you ask? I decided to delete it and go all smooth lines and a more realistic look. I did base coloring to start in photoshop, then some vague shading. Then I decided to try something new and use pictures to integrate into this piece. The list below are all of the stocks used in this piece. Thanks to all of you!
