8D so hi. This picture was going to be proof that my traditional skills didn't go die... but then my scanner ruined that. oh well.

This is Hazard, a new character whos design has been driving me insane since I first thought of making her. FINALLY think I'm happy with what I have.. but we'll see.
She's Torpedo Jones' (remember him? Rainbowhead?) partner in crime. I shall probably be explaining a lot more about that story soon... and before you ask, yes, that story DOES fufill my fetish for bright obnoxious colors. >:3;;

Tried to do smokestuff like how erethren does hers... failed epically at thaaat, but it was still fun. =u=
