Watashi no Hime - REVAMP

Wow, finished this. Looks waaay better in person. I hate how all the imperfections are all much more noticeable when it's on the computer D;

Things I know are wroooong

1. HAT BRIM don't get me started x__x
2. ANATOMY what anatomy?
3. TILTING certain parts of the picture, especially the damn HAT, are slanted
4. SMUDGING I went crazy with the smudge tool on the damn HAT. Then I tried to undo it but it was too late DX
