I call this stress break...
This is in regards to the Category 2 (or 3) Hurricane about to hit Houston...
It's probably only funny for me, because THIS. ACTUALLY. HAPPENED. TO. ME...
It's definitely a scrap. I did it all in blue pen. And a little photoshop shading and whatnot. Sorry my bottom left panel sucks so bad... there's no erase. :(
