I wasn't sure whether to submit this or not, but what the hell. Obviously taking a crappy photo of it doesn't show the drawing's true 'merit', but it's better than what my scanner would do. I did a little tweaking in photoshop to get it to look right (at least to me anyway), and made a bit of a hash of it...
I'm not really 100% happy with this, I don't know why. The paper version looks 10 times better than this shitty photo, but I can't put my finger on what I don't like...

Took about an hour or so.

Oh, and if you're going to be critical, like me (none of you will), the MKXIV had a Griffon engine, not the trademark Merlin, so the cowling looks like it does there, and there were clipped-wing variations of the aircraft, so no distinctive elliptical wings here.
I didn't want to draw a regular Spitfire, I'm a deviant. So there.
