I like the concept, but I think the tie and suspenders aren't up to the overall quality of the rest of the piece. They could use a bit more work. I do like his face, though. It's very sweet and mischievous at the same time.
Try checking morguefile.com. They've got all sorts of free to use reference photos and they have a search feature, too.
