Really nice, I like the blood and devilish expression on her face. All I have to say is that the hand looks like its backwards, the pinky finger should be on the other side and the thumb should be on the side facing us. Other than that, this is lovely good choice of textures.
So pretty~ I like how her eyes stand out, and there's a very good use of a similar color scheme throughout the picture. The only thing that boldy stands out to me in something that could be fixed is that hand. It looks... crooked, and like it's on the wrong side of the body.
