well this is not finished but i need you guys help im trying to model a character and i modeled this head but im not sure if it looks right it dosent really have eye lids and i have yet to texture it so tell me shape wise what to change thanks!!!

Well, I would move the ears up closer to the front. The neck seems a bit... Thin, and could probably do with some smoothing out.
As for texture, I would make it less shiny.
Oh, and add hair.
Uhm, other than that, it's very good. It's better than what I can personally do in blender.
Also, I can't tell you how to do hair. You're on your own for that one.
