Torture and Yugana from Kingdom Hearts: White Hearts. They're in their masquerade costumes. Yugana is the swan and Torture is the Devil. I love Yugana in this outfit, she really does look like a swan :3
I dont really know if I love this or hate it... but I dont like their faces.. so dont look at them. I love Torture's outfit :3 Okay that all, bye!

The poses are extremely like a few images from BSSM (BishojoSenshiSailorMoon), the hair (especially the odangos) and the large classic bow (+billowy skirt) doesn't help much. However, it does look dreamy with the extra blur you've added.
