Ehh, so. This is worse than Master Channel... I still like it somewhat.
I suggest listening with headphones, as you can hear the gentle details of the tune.
I might get around to revamping this to something much better soon, since I haven't put any sort of sound controls on, not even a volume fade.

I like the way it sounds like wind blowing in the background and at the start, and I like the little SHWING! (or SH-SHWING! as you call it) noises. It reminds me of somewhere covered in snow an ice... I actually feel a bit chilly listening to it
It's not as good as Master Channel, you were right when you said this was a bit too random. But it's still very cute, it almost sounds like it would be in a children's movie or something xD;
So I'm not going to fave this, because next to Master Channel it wouldn't be right.

1. Yes, it's like.. kinda random. And that just does not fit your style D:
2. The wind blowing should of totally been more subtle. It was too loud D:
