If you're wondering why it's colored the way it is, basically the anime is colored like that... Patterns are imposed instead of painted. It's really a very beautiful effect, though because of it, some folks can't watch it... The patterns stay stationary as the characters move, so it can make some folks dizzy or give them a headache, lol. Haydee is a rather minor character, but I've always liked her as one of the best characters in the anime. Sooo pretty. *_* I wanted to draw her when I first saw it, but never got around to it. The fanart-challenge kind of jump started that.
