Prey?

"I think he saw us!" ... "Be quiet, he might just go away." "How do you know?" "We don't look like his standard prey, right?!"

Tapptapps are pretty much like Hyenas concerning their attitude except for the fact that they are loners and don't live in a pack. They are always searching for "easy" prey and food while they are roaming around in the savannah.
Their arms and hands are small and nearly degenerated and the small wings are not big enough to make them able to fly but they can use them to glide and make bigger jumps.
