What? Yes, I am still alive. And yes, this is not a journal update of my passe life, but a real art submission.

I finally got a break from my 7 day work schedule and took a week vacation with a friend's family up north, and I finally got some time to relax and let images spit forth from my skull. This concept of a bird skull being used as a helmet with feather ornamentation and the incorporation of a spine has been stuck in my head for a while, and it finally made itself known to the world!

Plans to colour it are underway, as soon as I reformat my computer so I can use my photoshop again. Nikita was so kind enough to level this for me so ya'll can see it and not some grey rectangle. THANK YOU HUN

I've drawn the exact same thing.

It's just a rough little sketch in one of my sketchbooks, and it's facing the other way, but it's a girl in profile with a sort of peacock headpiece, skull and all. The spine is going down in nearly the same way it is in your picture even. I know the Genie says "Great minds think for themselves" but obviously "great minds think alike" at least some of the time, lol.

Either way this is better than mine would be if I were to draw it out properly. You've put a lot of great details into it that I most likely would have omitted due to laziness. ;

This is very beautifuk, and you're very talented!
