Shii El Chupacabra

I got to impatient, for her horns have not come in yet but I had to show her off.

Note the alien/reptilia eyes the black lips ( I may draw canines on later like Bull dog just coming down then up) And to the reason it saids Shii El Chupacabra well heh she is just that El Chupacabra. An rp char with MY husband we made where his char on a collage field trip to Mexico and he finds her.
