Yes that is right, I've actually finished something! *shock* Anyway, this is a little something (seriously, it started as a 5 minute doodle and turned into complete full-out picture) I did of my rp character David. I hope it's obvious from the picture, but to clarify this is a flash back to his childhood, in which he suffered from child abuse due to his often drunk father. While originally not intentional, it turned out to even be a specific night which turned into one of the by far worst incidents he has with his father as a child. (gun to head, 3rd degree burns, emotionally scarring speech from father, and the like) And while the black eye still kills me inside each time, the fact that at this age he still called his father 'daddy' and actually loved him gets me too....
Few notes on actual picture. Black eyes are hard (lol, I hope it looks right and is okay opened up like that...). And those Spiderman Pjs....all by hand. Obviously I looked off the logos, but I didn't trace or copy/paste any of it, and I'm freaking proud of it, especially the pants. It added an extra hour but I've for whatever reason always loved his childhood hero being Spiderman, so I put extra effort into his PJs
Anyway, I really like the turnout of this one, and I'm especially pleased I finally got to do something of a rp character/David (best off, little David...come on, admit you melt under that puppy dog look)
