Misaki is the 18/19 (Still trying to get the timing right, sorry) year old daughter of Ching Lan. I won't tell you guys who the father is, even though I said who he is on DA....I don't think it would be hard to guess....
Ching Lan was the first women to EVER become a Dai Lee agent, (again, not counting Kyoshi), and was married for about a year before leaving. She raised her daughter on her own, traveling from town to town. She stole food and money, did small landscaping jobs, ran odd jobs and errands for random people in different towns...Whatever she could to stay alive. She met Kiara, and they both came up with the idea to "fix" the government. Ching Lan mearly wanted to fix things in Ba Sing Se, and Kiara really just wanted revenge on the corrupt former general who ruled over her home island. It didn't take long for their veiw to become more global and, as more and more people joined the cause, for them to become a large community. They are headquartered in a self-sufficiant town located within a large cave in the rocky northern regions of the Earth Kingdom.
Misaki herself was trained in the arts of bending and stelth. She loves chess, and prefers using cunning and wits over brute force. Sometimes her mother worries about her, for Misaki can be a bit underhanded. She is well trusted and liked by Kiara, having known each other for 10 years. However, when Kiara's away, Misaki often calls her a brainless boob who is only in charge because she's physicaly stong and a good public speaker.
Ok, about her design. I was origionaly trying for something more gothic. There might also be a bit more punk in there. And I know green hair and hair dye doesn't exist in their world. They're extentions. Clip on ones. They're dyed green. She probably will steal some of Appa's fur to dye and make more...She's in the wrong buissness.....Imagine the profits! I may get rid of them, but I kinda want them there....I don't know...
