monkey slug (hag moth)

Today an odd discovery was made. A catterpillar that as of yet i cant identify.

It has four sets of fuzzy winglike extensions. these extensions are also fairly translucent.
I can see small arms at its front, but the back section has no visble legs, just a flat sluglike undulating area it uses to stick onto surfaecs and move about.

UPDATE: Mystery solved its a monkey slug (hag moth)
