Hey, don't take it too hard on yourself, a while back, I was so used to drawing guys, so I went into drawing girls to get used to them, they looked masculine for a while, I got better at em, then when I tried drawing men again they looked horrible O_X

The coloring on this is really neat, I love the tattoos around her eyes and the color scheme is great. Also a very cool choice of background and t-shirt design. The only critique I have is that her waist and legs look a little off, maybe try widening the hips. Overall, nice job on this.
