It's pretty sweet - I really like the colorscheme you chose for it, and it conveys the idea of water pretty well. Those bubbles are pretty cute, too . However, I can't say that I think the liquid inside looks very much like water at all (of course, I'm assuming your intention was to make it look like water...); especially in the contours of a round bottle, I'd expect to see some highlights around the curves of the bottle, and particularly on the bottom - does that make sense?
I thinkw hat I like about it is the simplicity of it ^^ It's not really complicated, but it's got a symmetrical charm to it and it kinda reminds me of the sprite video game days. I can actually picture this to be a Final Tantasy-esque image.
I would have liked to see more of the anti aliasing light logic shown on the bubbles, on the rest of the bottle. No shine anywhere on the glass. The piece just seems a tad incomplete to me.
All in all though, great piece. How many colors did you use?
