Glued paper to wood, wood-sealed ashes from cigarette tray and stapled/nailed in found objects. The tan was a fucking mistake and the white was a poor excuse to cover it up. Most of piece was supposed to be about addiction to drugs, with a slight reference to addiction to love (siamese twins, cigarettes), but the tan was used to cover up a mistake and I made it worse. Yes, I jizzed all over my piece. Yes, I jizz out white acrylic paint.

Bah. I was so much happier before I added any of that damn paint. Fuck me.

I'm pretty sure the favourite says it all.

Nothing looks out of place. Even though you think the white and the tan were mistakes it doesn't look like it at all. It looks intentional, but also random which is good in this case. It still portrays an addiction of cigarettes, not sure about the drug part though. The nails are a nice touch too. It adds a lot more character and a feeling of 'you don't want to touch this'. (Both physically and emotionally.)

Another intresting medium. Unfortunatly I'm not a big fan of this one. The piece just isn't cohesive to me. I don't see a clear message in the artwork itself.

That is pretty awesome. It doesn't look like the white and tan were wrong, it just adds to the effect. My only problem with it is that I don't personally agree with the message. I think that if someone wants to go do some drugs, then it's their life, and their right to do so.
