Family

My mother supports me.
She makes me who I am.
She tells me right from wrong
And helps me to be more understanding.

My father teaches me to deal with things I don’t like.
He loves up on me when he feels I am not getting enough attention.
He listens to cool music with me and does not ever turn the music lower.
He makes me laugh when I’m upset.

My sister threatens to beat up anyone I don’t like.
She cleans up after me and doesn’t often complain.
She comforts me in ways no one can.
She’s my only sister.

All of these people are my family.
And I know they will always be there. Always.
