I like this... Only a few crits though... For the movement in the drumsticks, I think her pose needs to be a little more dynamic and also reflect that in her expression a little. Also, your anatomy looks really good with the exception of feet. The boots look a little off. The foot bit is too round and cartoony to match up. The ankles should be wider to make it so the foot looks properly joined... The shins taper down nicely but should taper back out just a little... With the knobble of the ankle on top of that. I would also take a look at some platform boots for a better idea of the bottom of the boots. And lastly... It seems as if the shins are too long in comparison to the thighs... Elongating the legs to suit your style is fine... And I honestly thing it works but you really want both halves of the legs to be just that... Halves.
I hope my crit isn't too harsh... I was in the mood for actually writing a useful comment.
