Alleria, who later calls herself Foxglove because she can't remember her name, was supposed to be a clone of Allegra...but Alleria died when a mad scientist named Jenkins screwed around with her head and nerve cells in her brain began to die (CJD). Hector, her 'father', doesn't know she's 'alive' yet. Ssh.

By 'reformation', she's speaking of her power to control blood. Generally, one of the things she can do is dissipate her body into just blood (which is useful in slipping out of most sticky situations) and then reform back into full-body. Because of the literal 'holes' in her memory, Alleria had a hard time remembering what she looked like-- resulting in some of her body parts not...attached. :/ Both she and Hector can 'speak' to blood (that's what they call it, anyway), and have slow heartrates as a result. So. If you didn't know that, her 41 bpm might be mistaken for death. She's also a little older...because human minds remember adults better than children. That's why there are so many children missing. She couldn't remember how old she was, so recalled an older version (probably a picture of Allegra, the girl's fascinated with the person she was based off of X3).

Now that I think of it, a lot of her is screwed up...she didn't reform her left eye properly, nor her hair-- hence, one side is shorter than the other, and a different color. :/
