Proportions are way off. I don't think chest and shoulders should be that far apart in height. Also incorporate some gravity into the pic. But you did do a good job on the hips.

No he's right. The breasts and the shoulders are too far apart considering those breasts are so firm. Which also is an error because big boobs like that sag more, they aren't perfect circles. Also her right arm (our left) is bending unnaturally.
One thing I do like though is the way the hair is shaded. But it's really nothing more than a naked girl, which of course drains it's attention for the fact that it's nude. And, because this website is filled with people that just discovered what porn is.
Btw; You should listen to critiques more often rather than turning them down so easy. It really bothered me of how you responded to Rosencurez.

i agree w/ Rosencruez and Great Escape. there are a lot of mistakes in this and if you can only learn from books and pictures, then you're not going to get very far.
i agree with most people here. there are a few proportion mistakes. also as a girl, the boobs are to much like spheres and are a bit to high. seriously, being an true artist takes more then off the books(it is necessary for you to know that by the way), even i learn off of critique, actually, thats where i learn to draw mostly off of in the first place . can't take it, too bad! suck it up, thats what i learned to do, and so can you!
