I used to have hair like that - it was uncut for an entire year, and the other day I had it shortened and thinned out....although she took waaaay too much off my fringe. That said, I hate to hold a pose for too long...
I love the shading here though! The line art isn't precise, but given the tonal pallet, it isn't exactly a prominent problem. But the real jewel in the crown has to be the facial expressions!
