His hand is weird and his stomach! DX
And the background is crap! :/
Nurr.. The whole 'satan' image people have put out is annoying. The picture is great, but Lucifer is supposed to be the most beautiful angel imaginable [aside from the whole 7 headed dragon thing >_>] So, is this just some random demon then? Anyways, pretty cool drawing. I give it a 'up rating'.
