This is my parrotlet Topsy
We finally payed her off and got her home. Shes a pastel celestial parrotlet , and shes a bug fat goofball. parrotlets are true parrots, they can talk and learn tricks just like a macaw and other larg parrots, their just small(but they have BIG attitudes). Her beak is orange because we shared a carrot and it stained her lol
