Just as a side note, I'd really like to submit multiple pictures of him without using more than one submission and with much, much better quality. I had to use Paint to get all the pictures together, so if anybody knows how to do that please tell me!!
For those of you who have seen the movie and/or read the books, I have no need to explain what this is. Simply stare... and cower! lol
For those of you who don't know what the Balrog is, it's basically a huge fire demon from Lord of the Rings who goes after the company when they go into the dwarf mines. He carries a huge flaming sword and/or whip, and he scares the crap out of all the goblins. I could get more complicated and explain history, but that gets boring reaaaaaally quickly.
Anyhow, I've been working on him for a couple of days, seeing what needs to be improved. If you wish, I can explain any techinques I have used: simply ask me.
