Hmmm.. the anatomy proprtion is not that a bad at all. In fact it looks all right. However I would like you to do some work on the way you light the eyes and you color it. Try to avoid blurs as they destroy the picture taste easily and use normal lines to glow the eyes. Its better if you use plain white than a white blur.
No other comments. I personally woul dreduce the size of her head but you can do anything about that.
