I OFFICIALLY HATE MY SCANNER. LOOK HOW IT SCANNED THAT RED! IT LOOKS TOTALLY SMOOTH IRL AUGHGHGHGHGHGHHG.
I totally surpassed the 10K word mark on
Glorious because it happened during an art block, and because I was on such a roll with the writing. I have to say I'm super surprised that I've gotten this far already. Like,
REALLY SUPER SURPRISED.
So, celebratory art for hitting
25,000 words on
Glorious, the last book in the LIG Sequence! That's usually the
1/4 mark, but with this book I think it's more like
1/5 or less
.
I noticed (because I notice things like this) that each of my five positive Manifest characters (Brandy is a neutral) correspond to the
five elements, mostly personality-wise. It started with
Hayden's inner light/fire and moved on from there with
Nolan as water (goes well with his swimming thing),
Beth as earth (very solid, others view her as a support, she's um, 120 years old lol),
Vic as air (air = life, Vic saves lives), and
Tony as spirit (just...duh).
I don't like how Hayden's shirt came out, but I wish I owned the one Nolan has on.

KUDOS. God, you can really tell how much effort you put into this. The smoothness of the skin, and hair, and GOD I will not even begin to talk about their clothes. I love Tony's. Really magnificent work. I am envious.
