Pink Dress and Ponytail...?

Hello! This is a drawing of one of my OCs, but I don't know what to say about her here. It wouldn't really apply to the drawing, I guess. She looks so cheerful here, though, doesn't she? This was really fun to draw, and great to color, too. I hadn't used such bright colors in a long time, and it was cool to draw the skirt and hair poofing in the wind! I hope you guys enjoy looking at it as I did drawing it.
