Like the Title says:
I tried to sprite Louise from the "Zero no Tsukaima series".
She doesn't has Feets!!
Opinions about making it better, are welcome.

Made the Hair look better.
Doesn't it have a 24-bit look?

Hm, The sprites proportions are pretty much perfect, so good job. But I got a few complaints too.
;
1: On her cape (dark blueish part) there isn't really a mid tone. (making the dark fill color lighter and lighter fill color darker would help.)
2: The more greyish tone of pink in her hair is unnecessary as it is. (Making it darker than the darkest shade on her hair or coloring the areas with said shade..)
3: The white shades on her shirt are too alike, I can only see the difference on the zoomed preview image.
4: Overall color balance, you should try keeping the lightness of the darkest shades for each color near each others (for example the lightest shade of the dark cape is way darker than the darkest shade on the shirt/skin)
I hope at least SOME of that made sense..
