Here's a pic that demonstrates 7 more swords that will become like the top finished sword in time. Man, I'm starting to collect an armory here! A few things I'll do differently this time include taping the crossguard on first, then attaching the sword blade (the single piece cut pool noodle you see), as well as actually making a strong thrusting tip to help preserve the tip a bit better. The original models have NO thrusting tip and just have extensions of pool noodle over the PVC pipe, so they wouldn't be legal anywhere.
