I haven't drawn a lot lately, and when I started to draw, it didn't go well. So, I decided to go back to what I used to do, what I'm best at: Drawing from reference. It's always as good practice.
---
This is Mitsuki Kooyama from "Full moon wo sagashite", a manga by my favourite mangaka, Arina Tanemura. They've published three of her series in Finnish, first "Time Stranger Kyoko" (Got published because the main character's name was Kyoko Suomi [Suomi=Finland]), then "Kamikaze kaitou Jeanne" (Jeanne D'Arc, love it

) and now Fullmoon.
Okay, I obviously used a reference. I found this picture of Mitsuki in the beginning of one chapter and thought I'd draw it since I couldn't find any other interesting pic in that book (the others are at home, I only have one here at my cousin's). Meroko is my favourite character though, I can relate to her, unlike to Mitsuki.
I did not draw this through the paper, of cource. If you happen to find the reference pic somewhere in da interwebs, you'll notice a few mistakes (for example, I made the chest-area a bit wide so I had to "slim" it from the back a bit

)
