OMG! Your cel-shading is like perfect! I don't cel-shade much, but it beats to fully paint any day xD; My favorite has to be the way you did his hair; when cel-shading there are some limitations on some parts like the hair, and although I have seen some art that detailed the hair they overdid it, while your had put the right amount of various shades and all!
Overall, you did a excellent job, instant fav-ness!
