Wow, this picture is absolutely beautiful. The first thing that catches my attention is the shading on the wolf. You've really outdone yourself with that and the details seen everywhere. His paws, face, limbs and fur all stand out to me. The blood seems very realistic as well.
I find the glowing border to be really interesting. Subtle, but enough to notice it and it adds a bit more depth, particularly in the back leg area with the extra blood. It looks almost like a shadow.
The only thing that bothers me is the girl's hair. It just doesn't seem to fit in with the rest of the style. Perhaps if the ends weren't so 'blocky' and the coloring wasn't so bold.
But other than that, amazing work!
