Ah, it is a nice elegant and simple design that works well, particularly with the colour scheme. It may look better with slightly thinner lines though, and if you turn up the tolerance of the fill tool in photoshop up above 100 when colouring, that should remove the little white lines between your black colours and the lines. And um, the dodge-burn tool in photoshop was not meant to be used for shading, and it can often end up looking rather tacky. It does not look too bad on a character that is mainly in monochromes, but on a side note if you pick an off-perfect gray, like one with a little purple or red in it, it can give a picture more liveliness.
