Rogue - Penciled Line Art

Here's the line art drawing I scanned for Rogue. Once I figure out how I'm going to color and background the picture, I'll post that too.

I love how this picture came out. Her left arm's a little awkward to me, but I spent many hours on just doing pencil and paper.

I'd like the colored version to still have some focus on the line art. Some photoshopping advice would be greatly appreciated.
