Yeah, 01 of 10. Wish me luck, MCR Day is the 23rd. I'm doing one Gerard from every MCR video. No critique because I'm not looking for it. I might post the b/w version just because my scanner killed the marker shading.
This is for ~miss-lucy-harris 's MCR Tribute for that day (and afterwards).
I know in her journal it says to include on the deviation why you love MCR so much, but I'd rather include it in the description because it would distract focus from the image.
I probably don't say this a lot, because it's sort of a given by looking at my gallery that I love My Chemical Romance. They're amazing- They truly are. Now I'm not saying they are the most musically talented and brilliant band out there, no... there are those much more talented, but! There is a big difference. MCR is one of the few bands that has taken the influence they have and done something good with it. They're not just rock stars, they're people and they care so much about their fans and each other. I look at the guys and I see... normal people. I see something I can strive to be. They give me hope that anyone can chase their dreams. I know it's super corny, but it's the truth. And I know I probably didn't put it into words very well... But It's 3 am, and I'm tired and whiny. So, I hope you enjoy the Vampires Gerard. I watched the video about 300 times to try and get details right.
