Okay so, You may be wondering why Rukia is wearing the noble's hair thingers. Obviously she's become a captain, and I think that by that time she's earned the Kuchiki's respect. I don't know whether it'd be out of character or not for her to wear them, but I thought they'd look pretty cool on her, and kind of show that time has indeed passed.
Oh and, I epically failed at making Ichigo look the appropriate age (Rukia's kneeling, btw) so I'm sorry for that. D;

Also... she didn't specify what division captain she was, so I picked 9 since it seemed most appropriate. *shrugs*
