Okay, get ready for history time:

Morgan is Cheshire's younger half-brother. They have the same mother, basically.
His mother was an heiress. When her fortune ran out, she started marrying rich old men. When they would die, she'd collect the money left to her in their wills and become even richer.
Morgan's mother never really cared about him or paid much attention to him. He was the only other child she bore with one of her husbands. The few moments she spent with Morgan, she would warp his mind with her screwed up views on reality and give him the wrong answers to questions he would ask. When he asked "too many questions" she would scream at him and hit him.
Morgan was also sexually abused by most of his mother's husbands. They would always say how cute he looked before they abused him, so now Morgan goes insane whenever anyone calls him cute. This abuse also caused him to grow increasingly and almost obsessively infatuated with the male body.
Morgan doesn't know about nor has he ever met Cheshire. For all he knows, he is an only child.
He was commited when he was fifteen for ripping off his sixth stepfather's privates. Unfortnately, months of druggings, malnutrition, electro-shock therapy and being in close proximity with other crazy people only worsened his already fragile mental state.
When he was released, he went to live again with his mother until she died of severe food poisoning. She had put Morgan in charge of preparing her meals, but he couldn't read labels well, so he was slowly poisoning her without even realizing it.

Now Morgan is seventeen years old and living alone in the mansion left to him by his mother. He doesn't go outside because he is afraid of what is out there, since he has no idea what it's like. Since he had a horrible childhood, he still retains the mentality of a nine year old child and thus has llittle to no social or basic life skills.

This is Morgan as he looks now. The "person" he is talking to is really a three day old corpse of a man he burned to death. The man was a door-to-door salesman offering him a test run of a vacuum cleaner. Morgan was trying to light candles, when the man turned on the vacuum. He freaked out and threw the match on him, screaming even more when the man started to cry in agony.
He put the fire out, with the man still screaming, and bandaged him up so tightly that he suffocated. Since Morgan is delusional, lonely and utterly insane, he talks to the corpse, thinking that it's talking to him too.
