Unlike the last one there's no shading because that would like... prolly nearly double the filesize :S not to mention effort gah! But apart from that and the fact it has less ~accessorizing~ it is pretty much superior in every way. And in those other ways it makes up by having party hats.
Oh and men in skirts. It is geared for creating men in skirts. C:
