If I could make these without special materials or tools, for under forty dollars, so can you. Ideal for anyone with a taste for the Neo-Victorian and with too much time on their hands.
NOTE: Even after the fact, I'm still finding ways to tinker with it. Tinkering is strongly encouraged.
