for a photoshop of hour that's good I can't even draw proper lines in it.
heh, I like the colours but I think for the areas around the face it should have a darker version of his skin tone rather than the same darker outline for the hair.
Two ways I do it - the burn tool or blending colors. A lot of people overuse burn/dodge though and turns everything into crap.
